I completed my first Whole30 in January this year and Kyle and I have eaten Whole30 or paleo on and off before and after that. In January, I blogged about how that round was going every week. A couple of times I've felt very full after sloppy joe baked potatoes or a big roasted chicken and veggies meal, but I have yet to feel stuffed to the point of discomfort like I often feel when I'm not eating Whole30.
